DEPOSIT AND BALANCE:
A non returnable deposit (this is returned in full if we cancel for reasons with in our control) of £500.00 (or equivalent) will hold your place. Please email me to arrange your most convenient way of paying. The remainder of the trip cost will be du as soon as possible unless other arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation fee is your deposit. It is transferable to another person if you find someone to take your place. Any cancellations received less than 6 weeks before the trip will 75% of full amount as cancellation fee. No refund shall be provided for any cancellations received two weeks prior to tour dates.

WAIVER:
We are going to go with the flow. The itinerary may vary slightly and there may be some surprises. We ask you to understand that an element of spontaneity is in the spirit of this trip and accept any in the moment changes that Kevin, Christine, Julie or the Egyptian Gods may create.

Christine, Julie Gillian and the travel company do not accept responsibility or liability for any unforeseen circumstances, changes in the schedule, acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc...), acts of terrorism, and any other unforeseen events occurring during tour dates.
