The Nile Valley Hotel acts only in the capacity of agent for the participation in all matters related travel services and assume no responsibility what so ever for causes of injury, loss or damage to person or property.

We accept no responsibility for any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen delays.
 
Cancellations
There will be a charge of $100 per person for any cancellations made up to one month before the date of the reservation. There will be no refund on bookings within one month of the reservation date.

Insurance
The Nile Valley Hotel requests that all tour participants have travel insurance covering incl. goods, health and life.  Although we will do what we can to help we can accept no responsibility for loss of personal goods and belongings or medical care.

Risks
For the safety of all our participants The Nile Valley Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person or client at any time, if for any reason The Nile Valley Hotel shall in our sole judgment deem necessary to exclude this person. In any such event The Nile Valley Hotel shall not be held liable and the client shall have no recourse whatsoever, directly or indirectly against Nile Valley Hotel.
